Facial Acupuncture

Inner health equals outer beauty.

At In Good Health in Lafayette, CA, we’ve been giving beauty rejuvenation treatments since 2000 and are certified in advanced constitutional facial acupuncture.

For thousands of years, Asian medicine has been used for longevity and the maintenance of the skin. Acupuncture and herbal therapies can boost both health and beauty. They increase circulation in the body and facial tissues. Organic herbs are used to make facial masks, poultices, and moisturizers. Cooling jade rollers massage the skin to remove fine lines and age spots associated with heat.

    (by releasing old trauma)

This is definitely a good news for many people, esp. no need to do surgery. But keeping our faces healthy and young. Likewise, positive thinking & emotion help, too!!

This would be a fun elective class to have at our school. It seems like a great way to expand on what types of services that we could offer in the future. I also think that this would be a fun way to introduce acupuncture to people that may not be aware of all that it has to offer.

It’s exciting to know there are other options besides surgery and harsh chemicals for skin rejuvenation. I recently uncovered pictures of my younger self that my daughter laughed over while inside I cried! It’s time to invest not only in my health but also my beauty 🙂
